Cushing Terrell Is Named a 2026 Best Firm to Work For by Zweig Group

For the fifth year in a row, Cushing Terrell has been named a Best Firm to Work For (BFTWF) by Zweig Group. To be listed, AEC firms work with Zweig to survey their teams (anonymously) on a number of things related to the employee experience, including workplace culture, benefits, professional development, and more. With each year and each survey, firm leaders gain valuable insights from their teams on what matters most to them so they can take action to continually evolve and enhance their workplace environments.

The Zweig survey compiles data and ratings directly from employees to ensure accurate and objective information is collected and reported back to leadership. The survey has proven to be an invaluable tool for Cushing Terrell to remain on the cutting edge of employee experience and satisfaction, and the firm intends to keep this tradition going.

The Zweig BFTWF honor reflects the character of our team members and their daily contributions to creating an amazing work environment. It also demonstrates the commitment of our leadership team to listening and taking the actions needed to spearhead new initiatives to ensure people have rewarding careers with Cushing Terrell.
